George Room, son of John Room (Rume) and Jane Miller, was christened at Aspatria, Cumberland on 14th February 1751. He married Ann Snathe on 16th November 1775 at Aspatria, Cumberland. Anne was born at Lanercost, Cumberland on 18th February 1753 and died at Aspatria, Cumberland on 23rd October ????. Their children were
